Those p values are absolutely fantastic for such a small study. Just because a particular measure doesn't reach statistical significance in a small study doesn't mean the effect isn't real. Formally, a p value of 0.0647 for MB-CDI Total Vocab for example means the improvement had a 6.47% chance of happening randomly rather than being real. Given the totality of the results, I would expect these measures to reach statistical significance in a larger P3 trial.
