I am not sure what the next catalyst for moving the share price higher will be, but surely it is indicated at the 35 min mark in this Twilight Briefing where our illustrious leader DrMT says that we are "in the position now to, hopefully, receive our ODD in January...".

Another interesting point at the 36 min mark DrMT talks about Rare Diseases, and at the 36.58 min mark he talks about a Pre-Clinical Trial, not Phase 1/2 human trial, but a trial in mice, where Takeda (Japanese drug maker) did a deal totalling $580 Million USD in upfront and milestone payments, alongside royalties, for the worldwide licence for Acurastem's Pikfyve targeted ALS (MND) program.
