Thanks for posting, it would seem all 12 are still able to swallow, if indeed all 12 are going to enter the Open Label study. We should know for sure in a few days.
Can you elaborate on the reformulation program please, I have not seen mention of that previously. The very first Canine and Human trials were run with a liquid formula but were unpalatable causing nausea and other issues. Patients just could not keep it down. The program to reformulate MPL into a powder was a major hurdle and put the whole program back by a substantial period. I don't know if the palatablety issues were solved by making it into a powder or if the powder was just a result of making it palatable.
