How did you get an annualized volatility of 75 % ?
If you place an annualized volatility of 50% one gets a very different reading.
3.19 cents (50% ) v 4.9 cents ( 75%)
I asked Ai and they said PAA annualized volatility is 9 to 10%. I doubt that is correct . Don't trust AI for everything.
If one uses an annualized volatility of 10% it gives a hugely abhorrent reading, none of us would be happy about.
