PAB’s also heavy in cash now even at Friday’s closing price they’re above 20% ...
I think it says more about the bigger picture than anything & maybe more than we know - they were already sitting on $4m cash which could push through 6 quarters in forward estimates - why move then ? - doubling that up with another $4m pushes it out to 12 .... wherever price goes won’t be any hidden cap moves near term.
