thanks Lost, some interesting points. I think the announcement is inadequate. It should have provided investors with indication of expected return. I have tried to find what PAC earns from ROC and I cannot find anything either in the financial statements or investor presentation materials. The price continues to be depressed and it may be due to a lack of clarity and transparency in these announcements. The market seems to struggle how the company should be valued. I have read some research suggesting the value is north of $8 but it is hard to understand what you are buying.
