A 42% premium to share price - sounds like a good deal (for PAC holders).
Intrinsic value is all well and good, but the fact remains the market values PAC at 7 odd bucks.
Unless there is another bid that trumps that, you would think PAC holders would jump at that payday.
The active funds industry is getting decimated anyway. If it was me - I would be taking the money.
