I thought I would clear up some ATM Numbers and some of the facts above.

The # of ATMs pre the RTO with iCash as advised to the market were 102. (67 in Stargroup and 35 in ICash). We then acquired 104 from David Dickinson (Was announced as 109 but we only acquired 104 post DD completion and settlement). David Dickinson was not escrowed as this was a trade purchase and that would be normal. In any event, David needed the cash, sold his shares for a significant discount to market after I took some off market in January and the Top 20 including I were more than happy to get his stock at 2.4 and 2.7 after he took 4 cents for it. In the end a very cheap buy given the quality of the network!

We now have >270 active ATMs and are still averaging >650 transactions a month. Therefore our organic growth has been circa 60 ATMs since June 2015. We only install quality sites as opposed to others that do a "scatter program". I mean some Deployers have been putting ATMs in McDonalds stores... I mean seriously....

As for the minimum commitment to Neo we dont only install ATMs for ourselves but sell them to other deployers and have easily met that commitment to NeoICP. We have three divisions:

Star Payments - ATM Deployer - >270 ATMs averaging 650 trans/mth = 2.1m trans a year = Ann Rev of $5.25m. We currently net $1.05 per trans before corporate costs = You can do the math.

StarATM - We sell and distribute our ATMs, back office, coin counting and casino settlement solutions into Australia. Other than the ATMs the major project here is the Recycler ATM which can take cheque, cash and coin deposits automatically. "Bank in a box" technology. This will be launched in July and is already in a "live" environment in QLD and the client loves it. Post official launch of this we will be launching our debit and credit card product and other financial products as part of being able to accept deposit. Think ING.... We will be first to market with a machine that doesnt care who the depositer banks with but it will deposit to their account. We own this IP. iCash had sold 4 ATMs in 18 months prior to the RTO, We moved that many in the first month of taking over so you do the math!

StarPOS - We sell EFTPOS facilities. This was launched in December post a longer than anticipated pilot with First Data. We are developing unique IP for a large EFPTOS client (this has been announced to market) to capture the B2B spend through their network and to also pick up their B2C Spend. the B2B spend last year was $2.2Billion. Yes that's right and what do you think the B2C spend is

Bag this company all you like but we have set the ground work for some significant growth in 2017 all the while whilst announcing excellent quarter on quarter growth (refer announcements but the worst we have performed in a quarter is 52% growth - not bad anyone's book).

As for calling me out, I haven't made a single comment on this website as an unauthorised rep. I made the application to be a rep before making a single comment. It took hot copper a little time to change my emoji or whatever they call it so as for being called out... I dont think so!

As always DYOR on STL but the "smart money" is still investing heavily in STL and our growth and are very excited about what is in the pipeline. We will be the largest Australian owned ATM Company by 2019....easily!
