Best bit of news i have heard for a while.

This wipes the slate clean for a new cornerstone investor and a couple of new directors with the appropriate experience to come on board. The IM currently been prepared by Phillip Capital should ensure all is well.

I dont think that the legal side of this will drag on,Pacific Capital have handed there money over and had the shares allotted to them, the money they handed over is being held in escrow so getting hold of it might be an issue. In addition Pacidic Capital will need to return the shares they have borrowed, they might still own enough to do that but i suspect not, consequently they might have to buy them back on market.

The upcoming EGM is going to be interesting, Dave and Kos will need some good news to out weigh the barrage they are going to get for the way they have stuffed thing up.
