I think that the negative comments are motive driven / lack of understanding / people without a social life looking to stir b/c they cop it at work all day. Anyway this company has potential, and it has its followers who have been to hell and back, but they are sticking with ESI.
The history is tainted to say the least, however board / mgmt changes and directional changes will see a new chapter in the life of ESI.
What ESI needs to do is deliver. Not much attention gets paid to potential in this market, only critisism when deadlines are not met. So its "crunch" time. ESI SPP allows everyone to get a slice, but we need results / something concrete in which we see a few foundations laid for the future - has been stated are WIP. If there is "good news" prior to SPP closing then I am sure that there will a rush for the SPP and a desire to exceed the $5K max, however if no news, then its steady she goes and you just may get more than 5K, who knows.
