    Are they kidding. The previous offer had an implied valuation of $4.50 to $5.25. Now they have come up with a 'Cash' only offer of $4.21. Current price of tts is $4.35. Surely this is no brainer. No CGT rollover relief etc. either. Sorry, you are not getting my holding. Just MHO.
