I’ll just add one variable to $11.58 valuation.
If we assume fair value for VPC, Pennybacker and ROC are net of Capital Gains Tax, the valuation will increase by 44c to $12.02.
I should have also removed ^ note. The valuation excludes Banner Oaks earn out.
