What's important is not to drink too much kool aid with management and there forecasting with this company. Their definition of watershed year, is different to mine.
Whilst we think it might be worth close to $13, it could be years away, plus reliant on shifting some of these illiquid boutiques at fair market value.
The buy back has to be done on market now, so given the stock is illiquid, it could easily see the share price hit those levels.
