I don't think your figures are correct. I don't believe we are liable for the Avante payment, which is due in Sep 2024 unless the sale collapses. That will be transferred to GQG upon completion and also the earn out liability payable to GQG.
I have the NTA closer to $12.90 net of tax, allowing for the uplift in fair value as disclosed in the latest presentations.
The business will be cherry picked now, with the remaining boutiques likely to see Regal & River Capital come back in.
