Some key points:
1) Revenue Model is a bit different, Astarte realise returns when an asset is sold (similar to ROC), do not charge a management fee for FUM.
2) Underlying ESG focus
3) Institutional investor focus

Lumpy earnings, but potentially very lucrative as Astarte appears to have been growing very quickly since 2018.
