Jellyroll I hope your still holding Nice to see the some of the directors (and ex accountant ) taking up their rights and John Duncan buying almost $125,000 worth and prepared to buy them at 15 cents per share. I have also topped up both on market and via the rights issue I'd say they (and I) must be confident that medicare will issue the LCD. once they have the LCD I suspect not only will it make it easier to deal with medicare but other companies usually look to see what medicare care is doing before they make a commitment, in other words I expect that the amount of lab testing will should increase rapidly across most providers. Then in addition to that the user programs in the other hospitals are probably getting closer to conclusion which once those hospitals reflect on those results then I expect that will also drive CX bladder sales. Very positive about this now I've been holding this company for a number of years and now I think that, finally ( and its been a long time ) things might be about to change
