Jellyroll, tks for the comments, I had come to a similar conclusion re the layers / difficulty of dislodging an incumbent. First mover advantage against an uncomfortable alternative, I imagine the likely improvement in ongoing testing by patients will be an incentive for health providers to fund the tests.
