    Looks like a decent acquisition, take over of similar company with gold standards+ the main man staying on with shares at risk.
    bit confused on the divvy though. do they mean cancelled from OCT 2017 or Oct 2018. i expect it is the former
    bad timing in a flighty market though.
    Any smarter heads have an opinion?
