I often wonder about the underwritten issue with cap raises. i tend to like them to be not underwritten as to me that means the company is backing its plan and not having to rely on outside monetary support. If they raise half the amount so be it they are still in full control of the register.And we dont worry about some spiv playing with a shortfall or looking for a quick 10% exit.
