I dont know about the breach of rules. The major shareholders may well take up any slack but flagging the cap raise like least amount and within 3 mnths gives time for them to prove the synergy of the purchase and entice a few larger holders getting on board. That spread of new contracts after merging has a few companies on the cusp of developing themselves.
I would like to think in the way that MDL supported BLK recent raising a few of them may kick some money in. Naive maybe I am.
