Most iron-ore producers (method: blow it up, move it to a ship) cost $60-70 a tonne to mine per $95AUD a tonne price, Sorby could be around $9 cost per $100 worth of lead with the silver credits, down from a cost of $32p/t without. Need a pretty big slump to make it unviable and the silver price would need to be 3x more than it is now to make it the main commodity here.

KBL referred to it as a silver mine at the time as it was the sexier of the metals (at the time, not now obviously), like saying a copper project with a sniff of cobalt is a cobalt mine.
