$1.24 is still a garbage offer. They have used a common persuasive technique known as "anchoring".
They start with a really low offer and then consciously or unconsciously anything above that will feel like a win for us because that initial low offer adjusted our expectations downward.
Don't fall for this crap... Ideally I don't want to sell my shares at all but I'd be happy to leave this mess behind for above $3.
