Why would anyone sell at 0.84 and pay brokerage, when at that price you could sell into the offer for free???? Very Very strange.
Could be a seller working for our very own RG to try and spook sellers, especially if there is no extension forthcoming just to give the 2 week grace period a bit of a kick along.
