Correct me if I am wrong, even by removal from index, we now know that there are at least 2 buyers, RG and Tic, opposing each other.
Should it reaches 90%, there will be a forced acquisition and pretty much only to RG. But, if he stucks under the threshold, he will have to make a negotiation with remaining holders to buy out.
The way I read on Motley and other sources that the removal won't be in effect until next balancing, which is approximately 3 months or 6 months down the road.
Can anyone correct me if i am wrong here? because until it reaches Ca, I don't intend to sell at all.
