For this stock it does not matter at all and hasn’t done for quite sometime probably since RG had a controlling interest . It has no bearing on anything to do with this undervalued offer and putting out this notice shows how desperate they are to try to spook holders. I have been involved with quite a few takeovers and this is the first time I have seen an Index removal notice put out, RG just stick with the plan please and stop the nonsense! If RG was going to extend the offer he would have by now, I see no point in it, he is getting nothing on market only from the sleazy under the table deals.
