I'm not too concerned about the cash running out, extrapolating from the quarterly we should have enough cash to last a year without performing another raising at the current 1.5 million loss a quarter.

Considering that PDT is profitable, sales seem to be starting to trickle in for TZ and debtors are happy to received shares instead of cash for interest payments; we should be good for the next year.

At the very worst we can put PDT on ebay and max out marks wizard credit card for a quarter or two.
Looking forward to the next quarterly to get an idea of how much cash is being burned.
