It's a straw man you've built. I'd posit that high rates of Paediatric mortality due to respiratory complications globally has more to do with generally poor living conditions than the qualifications/experience of the attending Dr, per se.
Our seed capitalist has basically said that our tech is better suited to monitoring than diagnosing (or diagnosis implied via continuous monitoring)
