    How often do you think RAC's sign up for a free trial on something that will take their time and resources to implement?

    Do you think they've done their due diligence on the product to see if it's worth the hassle before they put their time and resources into it?

    What then is the likelihood of large organizations not renewing after the 12-month free trial, given the fact that this was a government-funded free trial, and the spotlight is on well and truly on this industry following the Royal Commission?
