Could be any number of reasons he left RCare. They obviously moved him up quite quickly and maybe it was never his intention to take on that role.
His VP, Director, GM roles all appear to suggest he is more hands on, and perfectly suited to strategy and business development.
There are plenty of pre-CSuite players that don't want CEO roles.
