I'm going by the announcement "Shares to be issued at $0.0251, a 13.4% discount to the Company’s last traded price". $10,000 divided by the quoted price per share of $0.0251 = 398,406.37, so I expected to receive 398,406 new shares. My guess is that the correct VWAP should have been stated as = 0.025129984, hence 397,931 shares. Boardroom have responded to me, and will look into it: I am not bothered about it, but I want accuracy in announcements
