In simple terms. Painchek have 100,322 licenses contracted which would equal an ARR of $4.81 million ONCE IMPLEMENTED.
The actual ARR is $2.67 million because they have only been able to implement 55,625 licenses out of the 100,322 licenses contracted.
We only get paid once they are implemented. Not when they are signed and contracted.
We haven't been able to implement more than 4,000 licenses a quarter.
So to get the remaining licenses implemented (100,322 - 55,625 = 44,697) would take 11 quarters.
