Well looks like PCK BOD had to quickly backtrack and clarify the announcement. It's China patent application received not granted.
Have to say I've never seen PCK BOD make mistakes like these but it appears it's a small hiccup and hence why it's a non-price sensitive announcement. The original ann definitely made it look like PCK has received the patent in China.
Glad they picked it up quickly though.
