Maybe a little tough on CJ there Z. FDA approval is absolutely what we want to see, but we all know that (generally speaking) FDA approval is seen as one of the more difficult hurdles to...hurdle.
PCK seems well positioned to achieve FDA approval based on the information we know, and this USPTO development can maybe assist in this regard. Personally I know very little about the specifics of FDA approval processes, so can't really comment further. If PCK achieves FDA approval we will see a large increase in the SP, as there is no way that is factored into the SP now, and it will absolutely be a massive achievement for the PCK team.
As I stated in my previous post, the best thing about today's announcement is that it has greatly increased PCK's chances of being *the only* FDA approved device in this specific market. Now that would be huge.
