It isn't a point of difference enough to be viable, unfortunately. Just because it would be objective, doesn't mean taking bloods from Mrs Smith becomes acceptable, especially if she has dementia - you can hardly get them to accommodate their 80 minutes of pain massage throughout the week.

The APS is globally accepted, just like PAINAD and the others. So the automation of the face AND the simplification of the other 5 domains (they are less subjective than the normal assessment) PLUS the digital care management, pain tracking etc - of course PainChek is a point of difference. It's fine that you don't see it that way, that is the joy of opinions, however people in the industry do see it that way and I am probably going to side with them on this one
