Buying today looks like opportunistic buyers hoping that Pala make a difference and will push the market up.
I gather they are buying piece by piece if indeed they are still buying...
Personally I am still hoping IGR goes all the way to production by themselves and cracks the $1 region, as a takeover bid now would probably not see anywhere near that price region.
