    I think this was the quickest way to get little more cash in the bank so we are not pressured at the end of the quarter. I am not happy it's from Pala and with that interest rate but it gives us time to negotiate off-take and the finance deal. Also the loan can/will be repaid when we have cash in the bank. No shares issued.
