Hi Leon,
The IAEA is renowned for having estimates that include in future supply projects that may never get off the ground (like BKY) and taking out of demand the planned retirement dates of power plants that most often get extended. Most industry insiders take their work with a fairly large grain of salt.
Have a listen to a fund manager who specialises in U investment.
