Hmm...Sufficient working capital with optionality to accelerate but palisade walking (as most of us suspected they would).Surprised they haven't been smashed (yet). This potentially enables them to secure funding at a better rate but I'm unsure if anyone will make a deal with them. It almost may be better to do a mass dilutive cap raise than something worse than the palisade terms.
