If Elon sued every redneck who called Tesla a fraud and himself a crook, he would run like a billion of litigations.
GAL should grow up and dont run to lawer "daddies" everytime someone posts his true and unbiased gut feeling about the company. If the opinion is off the scale, to poster will get a beating by peers. That is how free speach works - let it sound and if its stupid, and inappropriate, it will shoot its own leg.
Even lawers will tell you there is no way how to define appropriate level of "evidence", and there is no authority to define a margin for appropriate expression. Unless you are Chinese, of course, and you obey what The Party thinks.
Let the public chat unrestrained, let companies performance and actions build the reputation of the directors and let the lawers deal with serious stuff instead of whines about junk on the internet.
