AS we know at present CUE Market cap 53.7mill ... NZO owns 50.4% ...that leaves $26mill in present market value for the half they don't own ... I think CUE will command 16mill+ in CASH end of JUNE..

So NZO can remove that cash from T/O cost >> that brings down to only 10mill!!!!

I think the whole storyline sold to us in Qtr >>

CUE with est- $16mill in cash needed more funds??? high cashflows monthly ...with present operations .. it smells to me of a Diversion tactic. ....... NZO raising a war-chest without this storyline we of course would all be pointing to NZO raising capital to take out their Jnr partner ..

IMHO they will have to offer much more than 40-50% higher than VWAP -7.5c (say 11c offer) IMHO they can go jump if they think thats a fair value .. 15c will likely attract enough to get NZO close to 90.1% where they can force holders to take the offer ...I hope not but think many will walk at that level

CUE should be prices around 15c at present IMHO ... on upside to the muti project upside in cashflows
