Interesting there is absolutely no mention of gas flows/presence through the fractured region. Historically it's not what they do say, but what they don't... If it was absolutely amazing you might think they would risk manage, abandon the deeper drill and go for the laterals. Either they are very convinced the deep is worth the extra risk, or the shallow target isn't quite as promising as heavy fracturing might otherwise indicate. Sounds like the drill is going to be a lot more expensive given the slow progress, so I hope they get good results from the deep target at least.
