It doesn't sound like there is much experience in underbalanced drilling on site or at CTP. Going to be a very expensive well.
Even worse if they can't get enough cement to stay in place to ensure kick tolerance they will have to abandon it. Can't drill ahead without kick tolerance. I doubt they have enough leeway in the hole diameter to run another casing string.
