They will hook it up and produce it so not a duster. 264 psi flow head pressure is low on 1" plate but it's not terrible. For comparison PV13 flowed approx 13 TJ/d through 3" plate.
NZOG's announcement shows they tested at 5.5" and 3" chokes too but didn't measure it.
With another 400m to drill I'm not too concerned about the flow rate, the crunch is going to be how quickly it declines. Seems to me it will be a producer, but unlikely to match PV13 unless they hit something major in the last 400m. Unfortunately after the complete balls-up they made of the rest of the well I don't think anything could actually make it a commercial success, but IMO it will be worth tying in.
