Thats managements job why they get paid the big bucks and performance rights not wasting shareholders money on RBC capital. The market doesn't like management and how the company has been run.
Its all good and well to have JVs but it doesn't mean results. Remember total? It seems to me that peak doesn't have the money or we would have drilled already. I will believe it when I see it!
