    RC is a gun. A lead by example motivator and visionary and leader. You cant dispute RC is enthusiatic and erergetic. LD says so himself. And on top of this he's likable and down to earth.

    Credit where credit is due and not discounting the fact that LD has seemingly executed the vision in RCs 'data room'
