I must say I am at a loss in regards to what is happening with AGR. Here we are with a zero emissions project to provide an organic fertilizer and the project is supported by the Brazilian Government. Yet 1 person can take nearly 3 years to file a protest and this whole project is held up for god only knows how long. When in fact the claims made in the judges submission relate to aspects of the project that are no longer part of the required project such as a Tailings dam.
Now with today announcement we have demonstrated the drying of the phosphate ore can be done is a far more cost effective and environmentally friendly manner. So AGUIA is now started the process to CERTIFY THE TRES ESTRADAS PHOSPHATE PROJECT AS NET ZERO ENERGY, WATER & CARBON.
I cannot believe that the price has dropped today. It is so frustrating but I am sure it will improve once we resolve the legal issues
