What I like about this is the relatively small value capital raise. Not just minimal dilution but this signals to me that their offtake intentions are on track for the near future, otherwise why wouldn't you raise a hell of a lot more to ensure the necessary cashflow required to keep the business running. It shows confidence that this deal is close to or in the process of being done.

I also agree the new director taking a large chunk of the issue is very positive, especially on his recent entry into the business and you would expect impartiality to the companies current position. He sees the clear opportunity at the 7c mark.

Let's now hope the share price starts to climb back to a place where it should be rather than this paltry 7c valutation which is so low to this companies real worth.
