Disagree strongly. PNA has shown no signs of utilising Chinese operating methods. Quite the contrary, it gets sustainability awards etc, and imho it is on this later front that PNA's strength lies, and on which it's performance is likely to make or break this project.
PNG will be a challenge as many are noting, perhaps GRAM will be able to help in some manner, perhaps directly or with connections for, financing and/or procurement.
As for a resource being known for forty years, so what? Typical mining grades have dropped a lot in that time, and technology moved on, to the point where the time might be right. Shale oil has been known for even longer, try stopping that.
