re: Ann: PanAust to acquire majority interest... I think the project is sound, PNA moving in first gives it an advantage, as OZL is struggling to find a new acquisition with depleting cash reserves and production.

PNA should focus on selling off our Chilean operations, seek new JV partners for Frieda and continue optimisation with our new PNG operations.
