That is what my original comment was about but people keep taking about content of the report... lol
My gut feeling (no background knowledge or research) and opinion is that there is more then Covid as a reason for lack of sell in EU. The way Nigel kept TGA application in the queue before withdrawing it for no convincing reason they will be doing same for EU sells... IMO.
this announcement on 24/12/2021 is probably done to show they are doing something before quarterly comes out in January... where they can show they completed some report...... lol..... ! As much as I believe company's current situation is because of board we have in past, but I believe current board is not transparent enough to disclose to shareholders why they can't sell product in EU... IMO.
OSL withdrawal from TGA by Nigel is the first strike in my opinion and any more such things as not disclosing why they can't sell product in EU will be second and last before I personally will vote against him and any one supporting those strategy.
FDA will provide response by March 2022 in my opinion that will decides where stock price goes. If FDA approves then that is the time they might go for CR but without that I don't think they will survive longer.. IMO. nothing in my knowledge can take this share price back to 10c except FDA approval or sell of products in EU .... IMO.
